We have upgraded our electronic medical records system. If you are a patient, you should be receiving an email with the new link and log-in information. We encourage you to log in and update your information and medical history to minimize your wait time at your next appointment. As always, thank you for continuing to choose WomanCare.
At WomanCare, the safety and health of our staff and patients remain our top priorities during this challenging time. We are updating our office procedures due to COVID-19 for patient and staff safety.
WomanCare will still require all patients, visitors and staff members to continue to wear mask in the office beyond April 6, 2021, as recommended by CDC. If you do not have a mask, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Thank you in advance for your understanding and appreciation.
We are operating at our normal hours and our waiting room is available; however, no children will be allowed in the waiting room at this time. Only one person is permitted to accompany you, but we encourage no companions if possible. Please be advised that currently at Clark Memorial only ONE person is permitted in labor and delivery with the mother. This person must stay in the room and not leave.
As one of your healthcare providers, we encourage you to practice social distancing, frequent and thorough hand washing and reaching out to your primary care physician if you believe you have been exposed or are experiencing any symptoms consistent with Coronavirus (fever, cough, body aches, etc.), or contact the Indiana State Department of Health Hotline at (317) 233-7125. If you are a scheduled patient and you are experiencing any signs of illness, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this trying time. If you have any questions please contact us at (812) 282-6114.
